Turn your kids or grandkids into super water savers by sneaking these 5 habits into their chores:
- When it's shower time, get them to choose a waterwise shower song from our Spotify playlist and hop out when the song is done. Each song is less than 4 minutes.
- Clear the table every night but wait until the dishwasher is full before turning it on to save water and electricity.
- Always turn the tap off while brushing teeth to save up to 10 litres per minute.
- Fill up a water bottle every night and pop it in the fridge. This will help avoid running the tap until the water is cool enough to drink.
- After cleaning out the fish tank, give the nutrient-rich water to non-edible plants around the house and garden.
