Find out about our special developer infrastructure contribution areas and what contributions may apply to your development.

If your development is located within the areas of Australind, Denham, Kenwick, Maddington or METRONET precincts, special developer infrastructure contributions may apply in addition to standard infrastructure contributions.

Developers of land within the buffer zone of the Australind treatment plant, where a wastewater service is available, are required to pay a special developer infrastructure contribution in addition to standard infrastructure contributions. This is to offset the cost of relocating the wastewater treatment plant.

The contribution is payable on all new lots with sewerage available and is applicable at subdivision stage only.

Infrastructure contributions are not subject to GST.
