Acorn Banksia

A fast-growing large, bushy shrub or small tree that grows to about 10 metres high. Features long toothed, serrated like green leaves with spectacular white-silver woolly buds, which flower orange in autumn and attract birds over much of the year.

Can be pruned after flowering. Seed grown plants usually flower in 3 to 5 years. A dwarf form is also occasionally available.
