We are planning to survey the local pipe network to locate and make repairs. To carry out this work, there will be an overnight water supply outage from 11pm on Tuesday 20 September to 6am Wednesday 21 September.

We encourage residents to manage their water needs during this time by planning ahead of this supply interruption. Customers with special water requirements should make contact with us in advance on 13 13 75. The community’s understanding is appreciated while this essential work takes place. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

Handy tips for before the outage:

  • Fill kettles and store drinking water 
  • Turn off electric hot water systems 
  • Don’t use appliances that require water during the outage
  • Store water in a bucket to refill toilet cisterns

  • Run the outside garden tap at the front of your property for a few minutes, until the water clears.
