An immersive theatre experience at Bold Park Aquatic Centre
Water Corporation is proud to be a season partner of Black Swan State Theatre Company’s production of The Pool by Steve Rodgers, presented in association with Perth Festival.
The Pool is a celebration of the public pool as a community hub, as well as an intimate reflection on how water shapes our lives.
Set at Bold Park Aquatic Centre, the show invites you to sit poolside and get to know the characters that frequent the pool.
Immerse yourself in their stories by listening in on their conversations through a personal headset and watch their world play out before you. You’ll also have the opportunity to join in an aqua aerobics class at the end!

To celebrate our partnership, we have 10 double passes to give away to see The Pool on Saturday 17 February 2024 at 8pm.
How to enter
To enter the competition, simply answer the question: What’s your favourite water memory?
Think that first squishy newborn bath, squelching your toes in the sand on the beach as a child or the smell of hot chips mixed with chlorine at the local swimming pool!
Follow the steps below to submit your competition entry:
- Share a photo or video of your favourite water memory and tell us about it in 100 words or less, and upload your memory to Facebook or Instagram.
- Include the hashtag #MyWaterMemory in your caption AND tag Water Corporation’s account @WaterCorporation.
- Make sure your privacy settings for your post are set to public so that we can see your entry.
- Not on social media? No worries! Simply email your entry to partnerships@watercorporation.com.au with "The Pool Customer Competition" in the subject line.
The competition opens at 12.01am on Tuesday 30 January 2024 and closes at 11.59pm on Wednesday 7 February 2024.
The winners will be announced on Friday 9 February 2024 and notified via their preferred method of entry (either social media or email).

The Pool uniquely highlights the importance of water for life and its everyday moments, while also bringing our local community together at one of our waterwise aquatic centres.
If you win, tickets are exclusively available for the 8pm performance on Saturday 17 February 2024. It’s a condition of entry that you're available to attend this performance.
We’re also unable to transfer your ticket to another show time, date or name if you can no longer attend at the last minute. If you’re not available, unfortunately you’ll forfeit your tickets.
