Native Animal Rescue received $5,000 funding from the Kimberley Community Grants to design a display unit aimed at educating the community about local wildlife. It has also allowed them to respond more efficiently to community requests and provide care for sick and injured wildlife.

The mobile educational and wildlife display unit is a great way to deliver educational sessions to communities, helping them to increase their profile within the community and drive more volunteers and fundraising activities to support their animal rescue program.

Native Animal Rescue is a not-for-profit and non-government incorporated body located in Malaga, with a regional branch in Broome. They’re involved in leading-edge conservation programs and collaborate with local councils, government departments and universities to develop and maintain rehabilitation strategies for our precious native wildlife.
