Navigate home logo

On the homepage, please enter your account number and select "Check account balance" or visit the Bill & account page to check your balance.

Note: your account number can be found on the top right-hand side of your bill.

Once you've entered your account number, your balance will be displayed to inform you whether you have an overdue amount or up to date with your payments.

You can make a payment by selecting 'make a payment'.

To check your direct debit details before you make a payment, please log in to your online account.

If you are a business customer or property manager with multiple properties, log in to your account to get an overview of all your account balances.
