Help us review our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan
We are currently reviewing our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2019-2024 and we are looking for your input on how we can be more accessible and inclusive to everyone.
Many Australians face access and inclusion challenges due to factors like disability, remoteness, poverty, age and discrimination. Through our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan you can help us ensure that we are accessible and inclusive to all members of the community. Learn more about Disability Access and Inclusion.
You can share your experiences and ideas by:
- Completing our survey online
- Completing our survey in hardcopy or in an alternative format. You can visit our Leederville office at 629 Newcastle St, Leederville WA 6007 or call us on 13 13 85 to request a hardcopy or alternative format. If you choose to call, we will send you the survey by mail along with a prepaid return envelope and/or arrange an alternative format.

Please note: We are accepting feedback from Monday 1 July to Monday 22 July 2024. Hardcopy surveys will need to be received by Monday 29 July 2024.
How will we be reviewing our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan?
The review of our Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2019-2024 and development of a new Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2024-2029 will support best practice research and consultation with employees, customers, stakeholders and disability service providers.
You can take part in sharing your experiences and ideas with us during our consultation period in July 2024.
You will also be provided the opportunity to comment on our draft Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2024-2029 once developed in late 2024.
