To report a fault or emergency such as a burst water main, water outage, wastewater or safety issue, please call 13 13 75. We’re here to help 24/7 and will respond as soon as possible.

For TTY users, please call 13 36 77 (National Relay Service) and ask for 13 13 75.

Please note, if you live in Bunbury (excluding Dalyellup) or Busselton, these areas are serviced by independent water service providers. You will need to contact Aqwest or Busselton Water to report a fault with your water supply.
