We send you a bill every 2 months for water use and service charges.

Service charges are fixed annual charges spread over the year. You can, however, choose to prepay your service charges in full for the current financial year. You'll still need to pay your water use charges every 2 months as shown on your bill. 

Prepaying your service charges at the start of the financial year

If you opt to prepay your service charges at the start of the new financial year, we’ll send you a bill that includes 12 months of service charges.

Prepaying your service charges during the year

You can also prepay what’s left of your service charges during the year. We’ll send you a new bill on the next working day with the remaining amount to pay for that financial year.

There is no difference in price when selecting to prepay your service charges.

How to select the prepayment option

To set up prepayment for your service charges, log in to your online account and select 'service charges frequency' on the My Account tab.

Your account will remain set to prepaid for the next financial year, unless you change this preference in your account.
