You can make changes to the payment frequency or amount, payment date and update your bank account details for your direct debit anytime when you log in to your online account.

Please follow the steps below to change or to delete your direct debit:

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Click on the 'My bill' tab
  3. You should see your direct debit details under the 'Scheduled direct debit' panel
  4. Click on the 'Manage schedule' button to proceed to make your changes
  5. Follow the prompts.

Please note that some changes make take 1-5 business days to be applied to your account.

It's easy to register for one. Once you do you can go ahead and make the changes you need to your direct debit.
