We'll send water use accounts to your tenant, however as the property owner you are still liable for these charges. We'll send reminder notices to your postal address if your tenant’s bills are not paid, unless the amount is under $50. Please note, any recovery action for overdue bills will be taken against you as the property owner, even if the tenant has left the property.
