We value your feedback. We provide customers and community groups with opportunities to share ideas, views and insights. Your feedback is what helps inform our decisions and improve our services.

We encourage participation in our:

  • Customer reference group
  • Community reference group

Have your say in the customer reference group

Our customer reference group provides us with valuable insights into our customers’ changing needs and expectations.

We email participants to take part in a short online activity or survey no more than once a month. Your participation is voluntary and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your survey responses are anonymous and confidential. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we protect your privacy and use the information you provide us.

Community reference groups

Woodman Point Water Resource Recovery Facility

We have a community reference group at the Woodman Point Water Resource Recovery Facility to enhance communications between Water Corporation and the nearby community.

Our community reference group (CRG) serves as a forum for information to be shared and community concerns to be discussed.

Local community members are encouraged to speak to their community and stakeholder representatives on the CRG, who can bring their concerns to the meeting for discussion.

To find out more about the current local representatives, please contact Joshua.Hayes@watercorporation.com.au

Great Southern water source and desalination

We have set up a Community Consultation Group (CCG) for the proposed Nanarup Seawater Desalination Plant to support open communication between Water Corporation and the Albany community.

The CCG is a forum for sharing information, insights and feedback. While it doesn’t make decisions, it helps ensure community values, interests and concerns are understood and considered alongside technical, environmental and regulatory requirements.
