Customer contact centre

Our modern contact centre is locally based in Balcatta. We offer several ongoing opportunities for seasoned customer service representatives, along with traineeships for those just starting out. Working in our contact centre, you’ll grow and flex your customer service skills as a customer service consultant and pave the way to progression as a senior consultant, team or management role.

Community engagement

Like the sound of building and nurturing connections to make a positive and meaningful impact on your community? Working in a tight-knit team, you’ll be committed to creating awareness, encouraging public participation and spreading the word across our varied projects and community engagement programs.

Whether you’re out in the field repairing a fault or inside the office making important decisions in our operations centre, a career in our operations team is dynamic, challenging and rewarding.

We offer great benefits including 9-day fortnights, and with opportunities across the state – from the Perth metro to regional WA, you'll be able to come home to your own bed after every shift.

Just starting out? You can earn while you learn in the first few years. As part of your development, we'll support you with achieving a Certificate II or III with our Water Operations Traineeship.

How can you make a difference?

Whether you're a regional water operator, a technical advisor or a field technician, your work plays an important part in future-proofing WA's water supply. The type of work varies greatly, and you could find yourself working on projects like:

  • desalination plants
  • groundwater replenishment projects
  • treatment and resource recovery
  • water catchment areas and dams
  • general pipeline maintenance
  • regional maintenance work (no FIFO work required).
